HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Please allow 2-7 business days for processing your order. After this processing time, your order will be ready to ship out.
Order processing time takes 2-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 2 to 4 weeks through USPS. However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1 month. It depends what you purchased/where you live! You can contact us in the "About Us" page, or email email@example.com for any other questions related to shipping.
MY SHIPMENT HASN'T ARRIVED IN THE (1) MONTH AS STATED... NOW WHAT?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your specific situation and we'd be happy to tell you when you can expect your shipment to arrive, or refund your purchase.
WHY DIDN'T ALL MY ITEMS COME IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
In order to keep or prices low and competitive, we source some of our products from different suppliers Because of this, you may receive one package of one (or a few) items at one time, but rest assured the remainder of your items will come shortly thereafter in another shipment(s).
OOPS! I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER!
We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we apologize, but we can no longer make modifications to your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT/PACKAGE?
Although we do our best to source the best quality products for our customers, unfortunately unexpected issues or damages can take place while your packages are in transit.
If this does happen and you receive a defective/damaged item, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know what happened, and please make sure to attach photos/videos that clearly show the issue. Once we see what's going on, we'll be happy to help!
